"WOW! We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Ana cater our 4th of July party, and she exceeded every expectation! My family and friends are still talking about how amazing the food and presentation were and also how lovely and professional Ana and her assistant were. The food tasted just as good if not better than it looks! Truly highly recommend."

Chef's Notes

1

I focused on grilling for this 4th of July celebration, delivering classic BBQ flavors with a festive twist.

2

Accommodating various dietary needs was crucial, so I ensured a wide array of gluten-free options and clearly labeled everything.

3

The appetizers were designed to be both visually appealing and easy to share, featuring fresh fruits, vegetables, and artisan cheeses.

4

I made sure to include vibrant, fresh components like bruschetta and fruit skewers to balance the richer grilled proteins.

5

Presentation was key to enhancing the celebratory atmosphere, with each platter arranged artfully and abundantly.

Step by Step

Our Process

1

Pre-Event Consultation & Planning

Met with the family weeks in advance to understand guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and event logistics. Created detailed menu accommodating gluten-free needs while maintaining authentic BBQ flavors. Coordinated shopping list and timeline for the large-scale preparation.

Tip: For large events, detailed advance planning is crucial - guest count, dietary restrictions, and timing must all be mapped out weeks ahead.

2

Pre-Event Shopping & Prep

Conducted thorough grocery shopping the day before, sourcing premium meats, fresh produce, and specialty gluten-free items. Prepared marinades, sauces, and some dishes that could be made ahead to ensure smooth day-of execution.

3

Day-of-Event Execution

Arrived early morning to begin extensive preparation. Coordinated multiple grilling stations, timed various proteins and sides perfectly, and maintained food safety protocols for the large guest count. Ensured continuous service throughout the 8-hour event window.

Tip: Large events require precise timing coordination - each protein has different cooking times, and maintaining proper serving temperatures for 28 people requires professional logistics.
